Core function

CALEDARO enables calendar synchronization between accounts and offers an MCP endpoint for AI clients to access calendar data with user authorization.

User responsibilities

Users must be 18+, maintain account security, and are accountable for instructions given to any connected AI client and for the actions it takes on their behalf.

AI agent liability

AI clients may misinterpret instructions, hallucinate, or take unintended actions. Responsibility to monitor and revoke connected agents rests with the user.

Third-party reliance

The service disclaims responsibility for third-party providers including Google, Microsoft, CalDAV providers, Stripe, Cloudflare, and any AI clients.

Liability cap

Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, or €100 minimum.

Termination

CALEDARO may suspend access if use violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is required by law.

Governing law

Romanian law applies; disputes are resolved in Romanian courts.
